In the large business category, Great Lakes was one of three Western New York companies selected. The BNBEA recognizes Buffalo Niagara companies that exemplify the highest standards of ethical behavior and business practices.

Great Lakes, an employee-owned company, was founded in 1967 and provides products, laboratory services, and appliance fabrication training to members of the orthodontic, prosthodontic, restorative, and general dental professions worldwide. Great Lakes is located in the Buffalo, New York, suburb of Tonawanda.
