Theravent Inc, a private investment group based in San Jose, Calif, has acquired the assets of Ventus Medical. Theravent Inc will offer FDA-cleared Provent Sleep Apnea Therapy, available with a prescription, and over-the-counter Theravent Advanced Nightly Snore Therapy.
“Theravent Inc is committed to the uninterrupted and ongoing supply of Provent Sleep Apnea Therapy to patients and clinicians, and expanding the US introduction of Theravent Advanced Snore Therapy,” said Matthew Williams, CEO and president of Theravent Inc. “We’ve already heard from numerous patients and want to assure everyone that Provent Therapy will continue to be available as a treatment option for obstructive sleep apnea.”
