DeVilbiss Healthcare has rolled out an improved provider online ordering system to add another convenient option for new and existing independent customers located in the United States to place orders for respiratory products.

The online ordering system is a secure, web-based portal in which customers create an account to quickly place new orders, request quotes or returns, and look up product pricing and availability. It’s intended to deliver a more streamlined ordering experience for DeVilbiss customers.

“DeVilbiss is excited to introduce our upgraded online ordering system as another means to provide new and improved value-added programs and services to our customers,” says Brian Shearer, director of customer service for DeVilbiss, in a release. “We want our providers to have all the tools necessary to find the best products for their patients.”

With the online ordering system, the customer can also check warranty status on products, view previous and current orders, and track their shipments. Users may search for products by category, item number, product description, or Healthcare Common Procedure Coding System (HCPCS) code.

Pre-populating forms based on the customer’s profile information make it easy to request quotes or returns. Customers can also save items to their Favorites to make future orders quick and simple. “DeVilbiss Provider Online Ordering makes looking up product information and placing orders very convenient for our providers,” Shearer says. “With this tool, users may log in and place orders at their convenience—24 hours a day, 7 days a week.”

Purchasing through DeVilbiss Provider Online Ordering is currently available for any new and existing DeVilbiss customers located in the United States. Same-day shipping is available Monday–Friday until 3 PM ET on in-stock items.
