My husband and I both been trying tjis product for a week now. We both havent jad a good experience. I even tried 3 at once. Yes, i did fall asleep easy but after 4 hours wide awake. I have never tried anything before and this was a waste of my money.

Same here. I like the taste and 2 put me to sleep only to invariably wake up at 3 or 4am. My 17 yr old daughter has the same issue. I’m not ready to give up but I don’t have this issue with Aleve PM understanding that is a different type of product.
It hasn’t really worked out with me and I hate the flavor it’s horrible that is most of my problem with it

I started taking theses last Monday. By Thursday I had god awful diarrhea. It’s now Tuesday and it still hasn’t stopped. The zzquils went in the garbage. Should list side effects of melatonin on the label. I wasted $19.00 for almost a weeks worth of diarrhea and very bad stomach cramping.
Never again purchase this.

The Food and Drug Admistration (FDA) does not recognize as Prescribed Medical Medication since it has not gone through the four year testing the FDA requires.
I have taken these for a couple of weeks now. Started taking 2 then after a few days realized I just needed one. Works well for me. Nice alternative to Ambien.
I’ve been trying these for about a week because I’ve had to switch to night shift. I don’t know if it’s just me, but they do not work for me at all. Even when I take double the daily dosage, it does not help me sleep at all. Like I said, may just be me. Disappointed because I read so many good reviews.
I was excited to try ZzzQuil and slept better, but the diarrhea and stomach cramps at midnight ruined the whole reason for taking it.
After being on Temazepam for nearly 12 years, I decided to try Pure Zzzs. I took 2 the first night in addition to a Temazepam. I found that I slept “calmer”, actually had dreams for the first time in a long time and felt more rested the next morning. The second night, I tried taking just 1 gummy (along with a Temazepam) and had the same results. The real test will be taking 1-2 gummies WITHOUT a Temazepam. Will post an additional comment when that time arrives. But, in the meantime, I find I’m falling asleep within 30 minutes, have only woken up once during the night these last 2 nights and have no unpleasant side effects. I’m impressed by this product so far.

Melatonin lavender chamomile and lemon balm will not help anybody go to sleep. It’s purely a placebo effect.
So glad a know-it-all like Johnny weighed in. What does “physically dependent on benzos” have to do with an OTC preparation helping someone get to sleep? If you’ve taken benzos for extended periods, sleepiness isn’t always part of the equation. Melatonin does help some sleep. Lavender/chamomile help some people RELAX in preparation for sleep. And valerian definitely induces drowsiness; odd how you omitted that ingredient.
I have suffered from insomnia for years got to take different medications to help sleep. But the last 3 days nothing was working for me so I tried purezzzs’ finally slept the whole night. These really work for me, I’m impressed with this product.
I took one before bed. Woke up during the night with vertigo and nausea. Felt awful until I had been up a few hours the next day.
I’m surprised that these seem to help me fall asleep a lot faster, like within an hour, and stay asleep for at least 5-6 hours.
But there’s been some significant morning nausea that doesn’t pass quickly. Not sure if it’s coincidental or not; I intend to vary the nights I use these to see if there’s actually a link. Checked in here to see if anyone else has experienced that.

I have taken melatonin and I’ve tried z quil so I figured why not give this a try…. This right here had my nerves jumping all night, kept me anxious… I did not have the experience that I was expecting…. I will stick to my herbal tea mixture.
