Harmony Biosciences LLC has received¬†4 industry awards for its “Know Narcolepsy” disease awareness educational campaign and healthcare professional educational video series. The company was selected as an Award of Excellence winner in two categories for Launch Campaign and Physician Education by the 32nd Annual Rx Club Show, and two Honorable Mentions for its Video Programs as part of the PR News Healthcare Communications and Digital Awards.

On February 28, 2018, National Rare Disease Awareness Day, Harmony launched Know Narcolepsy, an educational campaign to help increase the understanding of the impact of the disorder, highlight personal stories of people living with narcolepsy, and provide a new resource for the community. One core component of the campaign is a website, KnowNarcolepsy.com, which includes information about narcolepsy and cataplexy as well as personal stories and resources for people living with narcolepsy, their support networks and the healthcare professionals who treat the disorder. Other components of the campaign include healthcare professional educational videos, live programs, online resources, and a national survey.
