ResMed Inc launched its new online store, updating the site with several features to simplify the process of ordering ResMed products and improve the overall purchasing experience.

“Staying ahead of the competition means being efficient. That’s why we’ve transformed the ResMed Online Store with tools to help our partners get the job done fast,” said Joe Muscatell, vice president, Channel Marketing. “We put all the information at users’ fingertips with immediate access to pricing, shipping, and invoice details. Our partners are in control.”

The new store includes a product availability feature that lets users know whether a product is in stock and available prior to placing their order. If the user knows the part number for a product, quick entry functionality lets them simply type in the number and quantity for rapid ordering. Additionally, enhanced order history features let partners quickly view what’s been invoiced, shipped, and more. As an added benefit, users may be eligible for specials offered exclusively online.

Users who already have a ResMed Online Store account can visit the store, sign in, and update their profile to take advantage of the new upgrades. Existing ResMed customers who don’t yet have an online store account may go to the store to request one.
