Thomas G. Schell, DMD, American Board of Dental Sleep Medicine Diplomate, has joined Sleep Review‘s editorial advisory board. Sleep Review‘s editorial advisory board consists of prominent private practitioners and academics who provide the editorial team with insight into the latest trends and controversies in sleep medicine.

Schell has been providing comprehensive family dentistry in New Hampshire since 1991. He graduated from Columbia University’s College of Physicians and Surgeons and the Fairleigh Dickinson University College of Dental Medicine. He is an adjunctive assistant professor of surgery at the Geisel School of Medicine at Dartmouth and the director of the American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine (AADSM) Accredited Northern New England Dental Sleep Center. He is also a contributing author in dental sleep medicine and has been a member of the AADSM board of directors and research committee for several years.

As well as dental sleep medicine and complex restorative and prosthetic care, Schell also enjoys volunteering his professional services to several local charitable organizations. He currently resides on a gentleman’s farm in New Hampshire with his wife and three children.
