The International College of CranioMandibular Orthopedics (ICCMO) has recently launched a website to help patients find a neuromuscular dentist. The website, http://occlusiontmjauthority.com, includes information on: TMJ 101, how to manage TMJ, signs of TMJ, symptoms of TMJ, and causes of TMJ.

The ICCMO is a society of healthcare professionals who are devoted to the study of the anatomy and physiology of the stomatognathic system with special emphasis on neuromuscular occlusion, jaw function, and orthopedics dysfunction (TMJ-D). Primary functions include chewing, eating, smiling, communication, and maintenance of a healthy airway during the day and during sleep.
