SleepBook.com, a Web site launched in April, offers visitors a way to gain personalized advice on their sleep habits.

Visitors log on to the site to create a free, downloadable sleep book with tips and strategies to help improve sleep quality and sleep habits. The user completes one of two surveys about their sleep (a quick version with information on 1 night’s sleep, or a longer version assessing sleep over 72 hours) including topics such as snoring, length of sleep, and whether they sleep alone. A personalized sleep book is then constructed based on the user’s answers and delivered via e-mail.
