Sleep medicine diagnostics company Nox Medical has brought its product sales and support in-house for its US customers, as of Oct 1. Previously, home sleep testing device Nox T3 and its associated consumables were available through a partnership with Vyaire Medical. US customers can now order and get service and tech support directly with Nox Medical USA. (Distribution relationships for other markets remain the same.)
In related news, Nox Medical is expanding its presence in the United States, with new offices in Atlanta, Ga, which is where products will be shipped from and support provided. The new US team is lead by Drew Lackner, who has been appointed vice president of sales and business development in the United States. He will be responsible for sales team leadership, aimed at expanding Nox’s presence in the United States and contributing to the company’s business strategies globally. Lackner has 20 years experience in the medical industry, most in the sleep and cardiopulmonary diagnostic spaces. “It’s extremely exciting to work with the team at Nox Medical where their sole purpose and dedication is to advancing sleep medicine technology and research which in turn offers both patients and clinicians the best outcome possible.
