CleveMed, a provider of cloud-based home sleep apnea testing (HSAT) solutions, and Welltrinsic, an organization representing a large group of sleep centers and physicians nationwide, have entered into an agreement to expand Welltrinsic’s membership services.
Welltrinsic will offer HSAT solutions to its members using CleveMed’s technologies and mail order programs exclusively. In addition to buying monitors at competitive pricing, Welltrinsic members will now have access to HSAT acquisition services (SleepView Direct) that will allow them to quickly acquire home studies without incurring any upfront cost or changing their workflow.
“This new service offers our members a great opportunity to increase patient access to high quality sleep medicine care. We are pleased to be working with CleveMed, given it’s long track record of excellent service and first-rate technology,” says Lawrence Epstein, MD, Welltrinsic president and CEO, in a release.
Hani Kayyali, CleveMed president, says, “We are very excited about the relationship with Welltrinsic, as it will enable sleep centers and practices to add or expand their HSAT programs quickly and cost effectively. Additionally, with CleveMed’s increasing customer base, Welltrinsic’s national network of physicians and centers will have the opportunity to expand their reach by participating in the sleep care of patients originating from outside of their standard referral pathways.”
In addition to the home sleep apnea testing service available with CleveMed, Welltrinsic Sleep Network offers other services for sleep physicians and sleep centers, including clinical expertise, PAP therapy management, behavioral therapy for insomnia, sleep positioning devices, and practice development and data management solutions, with the vision of improving the quality of care for sleep disorders patients. Welltrinsic has over 570 sleep center and physician members in its nationwide network.
