It is ludicrous to use computers to score sleep. We should be using computers to ANALYZE sleep more fully, not perform human visual tasks.

The fact is, AI is going to replace the need for a lot of RPSGT’s, I am one. With technology, the tedious task of scoring a 1000 epoch PSG manually is going by the wayside. I hope to be part of the team that develops AI software to supplement the diagnostic sleep center. AI is here, we may as well accept it, learn and use it.
