A former sleep technician at Superior Medical Sleep Lab, located in Amherst, Ohio, has pleaded not guilty to charges of gross sexual imposition and sexual imposition, according to The Chronicle-Telegram.

The Chronicle-Telegram, a newspaper in Lorain County, Ohio, reports that Mina N. Roufail, 22, of Parma Heights, Ohio, was ordered to appear on the charges after two female patients of the sleep lab reported incidents involving Roufail.

“You go to a place like this for help, and you don’t expect inappropriate or unsolicited conduct,” Amherst police Sgt. Daniel Jasinski tells The Chronicle-Telegram. Jasinski did not tell The Chronicle-Telegram whether the patients were asleep when the alleged incidents took place.

Roufail was employed by Superior Medical Sleep Lab for about a year, according to the article, and was fired in April when the allegations came up.
