Frustrated due to a child who wouldn’t sleep, Katie Pitts ultimately became a sleep consultant, reports The Daily Journal.

“He would sleep only about an hour and a half at a time, and not in his crib, one of us would have to be holding him,” she told me. “I got so frustrated. His doctor said everything was all right, but every night was the same. My husband and I were getting sleep deprived.”

Of course, friends offered advice and she searched the Internet for solutions. What she found was a lot of conflicting advice. What she wanted was one person who really knew the answers.
