The International Falls Journal reports that Rainy Lake Medical Center (RLMC) in International Falls, Minn, will offer a new sleep medicine program with partner Whitney Sleep Diagnostics & Consultants.

“We’ve seen an increase in demand for sleep disorders testing,” said Dan Odegaard, chief executive officer at RLMC, in a news release. “Sleep medicine is a service best delivered without requiring a patient to travel to another city. Our patients will have the ability to be tested locally, and will receive follow up from their study by the same board certified sleep specialist that interpreted their sleep study. Local CPAP support is also available by appointment.”
