A study has shown that partners who sleep on the right side of the bed are more likely to be grumpy in the morning, according to the Mirror.

According to research, those who slip out of the covers on the right are more pessimistic than those who skip out from the left.

They are also 3% more likely to dislike their job which makes them 7% more likely to be grumpy in the morning.

By comparison, those who sleep on the left have a 10% more positive outlook on life and are 8% more likely enjoy their job which makes them spring out of bed in a good mood.
