WBNS-10TV reports on a patient with resistant hypertension whose blood pressure was lowered when she was treated for her sleep apnea.

Jacqueline Best enjoys time with her son Mark.  It is time she might not have had, except for her doctor.  Her story began with lifelong high blood pressure.

“I used to have excruciating headaches from my hypertension being so high,” Jacqueline recalls.  “I never knew what it was.”

Her family knew why she was tired: she constantly snored, but Jacqueline was not aware of it.
