The Oxford University ‘Teensleep’ project is looking into how a growing number of young people now go to bed after midnight, reports ITV.

250 pupils from Northumberland Church of England Academy will take part, and be taught about good bedtime routines, and stress-management techniques.

The project is looking to recruit 100 schools from around the UK, with some delaying their start time from 9am to 10am.
