Fitbit Premium, which the wearables company unveiled Wednesday, includes programs to help you sleep better, work out smarter and eat healthier. USA Today interviewed CEO James Park about his experience beta-testing the program to help improve his sleep.

The sleep experts at Fitbit graphed Park’s sleep patterns from early June to early August – you can have them do that for you, too, when you’re the CEO – and found the time he got to sleep varied tremendously from one night to the next.
