Researchers looked at 1,000 Americans and found that introverts had much worse sleep that extroverts, reports Metro.

After each person took the Myers Briggs Test (which determines whether you’re an intro- or extrovert), they were then asked a series of questions about their sleep and dream experiences. And they found that personality type seems to correlate with sleep quality and what we dream about.

Extroverts are more likely to sleep right through the night – resulting in more energy during the day. In fact, they’re 17.7% more likely to feel satisfied with their energy levels than introverts.
