Private companies are catching on to the fact that employees who get more sleep are more productive, feel better, and generally eat healthier.

One company, Crazy Inc., a wedding organizer based in Japan, awards points to employees who sleep at least 6 hours a night, at least 5 days per week, according to Bloomberg. The points can be redeemed for food in the cafeteria, and have a value of up to 64,000 yen, or $570.00 per year. A specialized mattress made by Airweave tracks the number of hours you sleep, and is connected to an app.

Aetna has also realized the value of getting more sleep for its employees. Employees who get at least 7 hours of sleep nightly can earn up to $300.00 a year based on a program that was launched in 2015, according to HuffPo. Syncing a Fitbit to the company’s wellness program platform automatically tracks sleep, or employees can manually enter the amount of sleep.
