Malhar Singh wrote I Don’t Do Sleep Well, a book about a boy named Alfie who finds out he has sleep apnea, reports India West.

“I realized that most patients seemed to have similar issues with their CPAP machines, but kids seem to be struggling with something a little deeper than adults had to deal with,” the teen told India-West. “Kids tended to have a sort of embarrassment and sense of uncomfortableness surrounding the sleep disorder without a lot of clear support systems.”
