Nonin and Penell Partner for Product Development
Nonin Medical Inc, Plymouth, Minn, has signed an agreement with Penell A/S of Denmark, for the two companies to develop advanced pulse oximetry with wireless monitoring using Bluetooth™ technology. This wireless pulse oximeter will eliminate the need for the cable that connects a sensor, often attached to the patient’s fingertip, with a monitor.
