A survey explores work and fatigue in the UK, revealing that one in three British people suffer insomnia due to stress at work.

One in three Britons has suffered insomnia due to stress at work, a study says.

A quarter of the 1,000 people surveyed said they have broken down in tears due to work worries.

And half admitted they often find it difficult to switch off at the end of the working day – the so-called “work hangover”.

The poll was carried out by Cyclescheme, which promotes bicycling, to mark Cycle to Work Day today.
