Sleep medicine product developer Respironics, Murrysville, Pa, is betting that what happens in Vegas doesn’t stay in Vegas. The company picked the Medtrade Spring home health care trade show in Las Vegas as the place to spotlight its latest products for buyers and the media.

Respironics showcased its sleep therapy platforms as well as the RUSleeping RTS, its new device for in-home apneic screening. The company also introduced System One, a sleep therapy system that combines two of Respironics’ recent innovations, the A-Flex breathing mode and the OptiLife mask. Plus, it showed off its BiPAP autoSV sleep therapy system for treating complex sleep apnea, which just received US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) approval earlier this year.
